&lt;br/&gt;sexuality for trans people and those who love them?
&lt;br/&gt;These hard-core videos are shot from the perspective that trans
&lt;br/&gt;bodies,
&lt;br/&gt;in their transitioning and exceptional states of being, are
&lt;br/&gt;desirous and moreover,
&lt;br/&gt;delicious.
&lt;br/&gt;Seen together, they claim a space for trans-loving and
&lt;br/&gt;trans-sexing.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;From the historical first pornographic look at the initiation of
&lt;br/&gt;a
&lt;br/&gt;neo-phallus (1989) to a transman on transwoman sex scene (2003),
&lt;br/&gt;this
&lt;br/&gt;footage is taboo breaking. Directly confronting the plethora of
&lt;br/&gt;she-male porn that pretends to fully represent the erotic
&lt;br/&gt;potential of trans
&lt;br/&gt;bodies, these videos use different strategies to provide fresh
&lt;br/&gt;and innovative
&lt;br/&gt;erotic images of MTF and FTM trans bodies. They might change the
&lt;br/&gt;way you see
&lt;br/&gt;the spectrum of transsexual desire. The excerpts will be

&lt;br/&gt;transgender kids, the Dutch Nina and the German Lyle.
&lt;br/&gt;Nina, born as a boy, attends school as a girl these days. She is
&lt;br/&gt;supported
&lt;br/&gt;by school mates and her loving family. She also gets proper
&lt;br/&gt;guidance from
&lt;br/&gt;the gender clinic who takes her gender dysphoria seriously. The
&lt;br/&gt;story of
&lt;br/&gt;Lyle is far more bitter. Born as a girl in conservative Bavaria,
&lt;br/&gt;Lyle wishes
&lt;br/&gt;to be accepted as a boy at school. Sadly, neither the kids at
&lt;br/&gt;school nor the
&lt;br/&gt;school board have any intention of making Lyle's life easier.
&lt;br/&gt;Moreover Lyle
&lt;br/&gt;is getting no support from the doctors, who are willing to treat
&lt;br/&gt;his gender
&lt;br/&gt;dysphoria only when he reaches 18.
&lt;br/&gt;Only Lyle's parents give him a sense of place in the world.
&lt;br/&gt;There is an interactive programme for youth after the screening.

&lt;br/&gt;It´s time for a second Dyke Trans March this year! Let´s fight for more visibility and for our political issues as transgenders and lesbians! Why the narrow focus? Because we feel that our issues need more representation on the queer agenda and in society at large!!! And because we need more than good party times to find alleys in our struggle for liberation. We are searching for a queer feminist strategy that puts our experiences and needs into the spotlight! Let´s take it to the street! But we need your help! Come to our meetings always on Wednesday, 8pm, at Friedelstraße 54 in Neukölln! The first meeting is on April, 4th. Help us make Dyke Trans March 2007 happen!

      <title>Call for Queer Papers</title>

&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; I am pleased to announce the call for submissions to the upcoming
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; book, /Gender Query: Explorations of Identity, Expression, and
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; Embodiment/ which will be published by Cambridge Scholars Press later
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; this year, or early 2007. The original concept of this book came out
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; of the amazing activism currently going on in Eastern Europe around
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; the areas of gender activism and LGBT human rights. The aim of this
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; text is to provide a cross-cultural and interesting look into various
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; issues surrounding gender.
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; I am currently seeking proposals for academic papers relating to
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; gender variance and gender identity and/or expression. Gender  variance
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; can include anything that you feel goes against the expectations of
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; men and women in a particular society. Papers need to be between  3,000
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; and 5,000 words and should address one or more of the following, in
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; relation to gender: trans issues, performance, linguistics,  sexuality,
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; religion, or queer identity and culture. Proposals with an
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; international scope will make me very happy, but this is not a
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; requirement for publication. Additionally, please don’t feel that you
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; have to be well known or widely published to submit something.
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; I am also looking for creative, preferably autobiographical,
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; submissions of 1,000 to 1,500 words also dealing with the topic of
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; gender variation. Although I am eager to receive proposals from  anyone
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; who has something interesting to say, people from outside the US and
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; the UK are strongly encouraged to submit proposals.
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; *This is an open call, please distribute widely. *
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;&gt; The proposal deadline has been extended to *March 30, 2006*.  Proposals

&lt;br/&gt;A Photography Book From the Transgender, Transsexual, Genderqueer, Thirdgender, Non-gender, Gender variant, Gender Defiant.

&lt;br/&gt;This photography book will focus on our images, scenes from our worlds, what we see through our own lenses, and what role gender identity plays in our lives. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;This book will allow us to share our lives and our experiences through images of our own creation. It is important that we take creative control of the images that represent who we are. Subject matter is up to you, the photographer, as long as it pertains to your gender in some way. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;The main goal of this project is to visualize as many gender identities as possible, in an international scope, through photographs taken by people in the trans and gender variant community. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;I am hoping to get photographs from around the world. I hope to find submissions that represent places that have smaller trans and gender variant communities, right along side those of us who live in large cities. The book will include photographers from diverse racial and class backgrounds 
&lt;br/&gt;and across a wide age range. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;****I am looking for people that can help translate the call for submissions and help with international communities. If you can help with this please let me know in an email.****

&lt;br/&gt;POLAND, WARSZAWA, 30th April
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;We would like to invite all of you on the Fifth Edition of the "Noc
&lt;br/&gt;Walpurgii" (Valpurgi's Night) Festival, organized since 1996, regulary
&lt;br/&gt;every two years, by the people connected with initiatives like
&lt;br/&gt;Emancypunx - anarchofeminist collective/label/distribution and Refuse
&lt;br/&gt;- political DIY straightedge/hardcorepunk label/distribution/shows, both
&lt;br/&gt;from Warszawa, Poland.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Main issue of the festivals is supporting women activities in
&lt;br/&gt;alternative, underground and counterculture movements and communities,
&lt;br/&gt;supporting Lesbian/Gay/Queer cultures and also DIY culture and
&lt;br/&gt;activities. This festival is one of the form of protest against
&lt;br/&gt;sexist, male dominated and patriarchal order, against social and
&lt;br/&gt;cultural gender inequalities norms and discrimination against
&lt;br/&gt;Lesbian/Gays.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;"Noc Walpurgii" was first such a festival taking this issues as a main
&lt;br/&gt;idea of the festival in Poland and Eastern Europe. In conservative and
&lt;br/&gt;catholic countries like Poland, issues of gender equality, sexism, feminism or
&lt;br/&gt;anarcho-feminism, gay/lesbian discrimination etc. were almost non-existant
&lt;br/&gt;back then in the public discussions. In alternative/underground scenes it was so
&lt;br/&gt;often connected with bigotry, prejudice and hatred.
&lt;br/&gt;This festival was supposed to makes people more aware of this issues
&lt;br/&gt;and create more space to women activities, feminist and
&lt;br/&gt;anarcho-feminist ideas and gay/lesbian/queer participation in radical
&lt;br/&gt;movements.
&lt;br/&gt;During all this years it became also one of the biggest and one of the
&lt;br/&gt;most important DIY event in Poland. It has special atmosphere and
&lt;br/&gt;mixed audience - as during the festival we're asking both genders for
&lt;br/&gt;participation, so there's also all-male hardcore and punk bands
&lt;br/&gt;supporting the ideas of the festival.
&lt;br/&gt;Two years ago, there was 800 visitors and great atmosphere during all
&lt;br/&gt;night. We asked you about joining the festival and make this event a
&lt;br/&gt;great again as during last years!
&lt;br/&gt;

&lt;br/&gt;after years, critical towards captalism, patriarchalism, every form of
&lt;br/&gt;discrimation, ineqyuality and oppression. Great proof for consequence
&lt;br/&gt;in a creative loud music and radical message.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;BEYOND PINK   (Helsingborg, Sweden)
&lt;br/&gt;raging all-female band being quite known already in Europe after their
&lt;br/&gt;debut 7" and for sure will get even more attention after upcoming 10"
&lt;br/&gt;on Agit Prop Records from US - label dedicated to all-women and
&lt;br/&gt;Queer/Gay/Lesbian punk/hardcore and hip-pop bands/artists. Music of
&lt;br/&gt;Beyond Pink is angry raw hardcore with some crusty influences with
&lt;br/&gt;good dose of more melodic parts.

&lt;br/&gt;Netherlands Transgender Filmfestival from May 18 -22 in Amsterdam.

&lt;br/&gt;time, De Balie will be the festival's hot spot for celebration of 
&lt;br/&gt;gender diversity
&lt;br/&gt;and the freedom of gender expressions. The festival will celebrate its own
&lt;br/&gt;Dutch-Canadian connection in the Transcanadian programme.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;The festival is honoured to kick off the biggest transgender event in the
&lt;br/&gt;Netherlands with the feature Transamerica, a touching and acclaimed 
&lt;br/&gt;road movie by
&lt;br/&gt;Duncan Tucker about a transgender woman who is pulled into an unexpected
&lt;br/&gt;travel adventure when she found out that she has a long lost son who 
&lt;br/&gt;is looking
&lt;br/&gt;for his long lost dad. Starring Felicity Huffman (Desperate 
&lt;br/&gt;Housewives) and the
&lt;br/&gt;young upcoming actor Kevin Zegers.

&lt;br/&gt;Other titles in our Main Programe are Asia Argento's adaptation of The Heart
&lt;br/&gt;is Deceitful above all Things, a heartbreaking tale of young Jeremy who's
&lt;br/&gt;dragged into the unstable world of drugs, abuse and truck stops tricks of his
&lt;br/&gt;mother Sarah, based on the second novel of cult author J.T. Leroy; 
&lt;br/&gt;Melancholic and
&lt;br/&gt;poetic is the Taiwanese feature Splendid Float by Zero Chow about a Taoist
&lt;br/&gt;priest who's also the star of a drag queen band and Agnes und seine 
&lt;br/&gt;Brüder, the
&lt;br/&gt;over-the-top tragicomedy by Oskar Roehler.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;A special focus on Canadian productions can be found in the Transcanadian
&lt;br/&gt;programme; Drew Dennis of Vancouver's Out on Screen: Queer Film &amp;amp; 
&lt;br/&gt;Video Festival
&lt;br/&gt;curated the shorts programme which highlight the up and coming genderqueer
&lt;br/&gt;movement; media artist Ivan E. Coyote will give a spoken word 
&lt;br/&gt;performance at the
&lt;br/&gt;festival.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;The programme Trans 'n' Sports focuses on the effects of gender segregation
&lt;br/&gt;in the world of professional sport. With screening of Karen Duthie's 
&lt;br/&gt;100% Woman
&lt;br/&gt;, a documentary on Canadian national champion downhill mountain biker Michelle
&lt;br/&gt;Dumaresq, and Kurt Mayer's film Erik(A) on Erik Schinegger, who looks back at
&lt;br/&gt;the tumult in 1967 when he was Erika Schinegger, the world champion downhill
&lt;br/&gt;skiing who was tested as intersex by the IOC's gender test and was forced to
&lt;br/&gt;give up her successful professional career as an athlete.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Using music to tell extraordinary stories, the Sound of Transformation
&lt;br/&gt;programme contains films about talented musicians such as Venus in 
&lt;br/&gt;Emily Goldberg's
&lt;br/&gt;Venus of Mars, the transgender glam-punkrocker from All the Pretty Horses, and
&lt;br/&gt;the Scottish singer-songwriter Simon de Voil in Travis Reeves' Funny Kinda Guy
&lt;br/&gt;; the unconventional 100% Human uses the aesthetic of music video to express
&lt;br/&gt;the pain and sorrows of the transition of a transgender youth.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;The theme of female versus transgender masculinity is explored in the shorts
&lt;br/&gt;programme The Man in Us; being transgender at school is the main theme of the
&lt;br/&gt;youth programme It's not in a Game!, a showcase shorts and TV programmes made
&lt;br/&gt;on transgender youth dealing with school situations, like Nadav Gal's A
&lt;br/&gt;Different War, the Swedish En kille som jag/ Being a Boy by Mia 
&lt;br/&gt;Olsson, and episodes
&lt;br/&gt;from daring youth TV programmes like Gemma Glitter and Jong!
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;The NTGF has always offered more than screenings: research on transgender
&lt;br/&gt;history will be presented in the Mapping our History programme; the Canadian
&lt;br/&gt;scholar Viviane Namaste will give an entertaining lecture on the historical
&lt;br/&gt;context for transsexual artists in Montréal in That was Showbusiness! 
&lt;br/&gt;Furthermore,
&lt;br/&gt;the festival is honoured to screen the sneak preview of Victor Silverman and
&lt;br/&gt;Susan Stryker's historical documentary Screaming Queens, about an unknown but
&lt;br/&gt;important riot in 1966 which sparked off the transgender movement in San
&lt;br/&gt;Francisco. The festival is host to the Belgium art and historical 
&lt;br/&gt;documentation
&lt;br/&gt;project Planet Gender, an ongoing project in which Estelle Slegers 
&lt;br/&gt;and photographer
&lt;br/&gt;Marc de Clerq collect oral histories from the gender variant communities in

&lt;br/&gt;Queer Mutiny Bristol is part of a world wide movement of groups who are fed up with societies constant obsession with splitting things into two simple categories (male/female, gay/straight etc) and forcing people to act according to their genitals rather than their imagination. We aim to create spaces which function outside of the need for such limiting and binary definitions of gender, sex and sexuality whilst also looking deeper into our own understand of such categories. In many ways the conventional gay scene replicates the commercial, heirachial and binary nature of mainstream society. We want to create alternatives to this. We are also looking at the wider world from a queer perspective and exploring how queer politics can tie in with other issues such as immigration, anti-capitalism and human rights.

&lt;br/&gt;One of the original participants of the Queer Storytelling Festival, which has recently toured the UK, Charlotte is an established author and spoken word performer from London. Her published books include Fat and Proud: the Politics of Size and the novel Cherry, a `a dirty-mouthed dyke smut-fest that follows a fledgling queer grrl on a riotous romp through East London's lesboville'.

      <description>&lt;div&gt;This is the programme for the d.i.y.anarcho-femin. festival which should be held on april 2005 in Skopje(Macedonia). So as youíll see from the programme, we know what we want to do on this two-day festival-the content is not our problem. Our problem is technical- collecting money! For start, weíve tryed with makinig a benefit cd compilation (Screaming clit), and beside this, we thought about individual donations and benefit actions. So, if you want to support this idea (a lot of women to meet and be critical, c lever and creative), you can participate with sending as individual donation, or it would be great  if you can make a benefit gig, actionÖ Weíll appreciate that a lot!!! Deshalb diskutieren wir auf der Grundlage eines (kurzen) Texts von Butler Fragen wie: Was bleibt nach der Dekonstruktion von Gender und Sex? Was bringen die Begriffe "Frau" und "Mann"? Wie helfen Parodie und Travestie beim Abbau des Systems der Zweigeschlechtlichkeit?

&lt;br/&gt;Gibt es Kulturen, die von mehr als zwei Geschlechtern ausgehen? Auf Samoa heißen Männer, die als Frauen leben, "Fafafines", in Juchitán, Mexiko, wird ein drittes Geschlecht anerkannt: Muxes und Marimachas. Fraglich hierbei ist aber, ob sich nicht auch diese Kulturen im binären Geschlechtersystem bewegen. Gibt es Alternativen zu diesem System? Hierüber wollen wir an diesem Abend mit euch diskutieren, dazu zeigen wir auch einen kurzen Film.

&lt;br/&gt;I am a 31 year old German transboy and I am regarding myself to be part of the dyke/trans and gay-male BDSM-communities (insofar as I am not facing exclusion because of my gender-identities) and the radical queer communities (as far as they exist…). I studied Philosophy, Chemistry and Educational Sciences. Currently I am working on my PhD thesis in Sociology at the University of Hamburg, where I also teach queer studies and feminist/queer science studies. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;I am looking for kinky queers that I can interview for my PhD project. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;For this I am looking for lesbians/dykes, bisexual/pansexual women, gender queers and trans people who regard themselves to be part of dyke BDSM-communities as well as gay leathermen (trans or not) who feel they are part of the gay male BDSM communities, and who feel able to be interviewed in either English or German. Some issues that are of special interest to me here are for example gender play, the relationship between „reality" and „fantasy" in BDSM play, definitions of sexuality, BDSM as a healing practice, BDSM as a political tool, the sex wars, community issues (like inclusionary and exclusionary practices) and how BDSM is related to other issues in your life, e.g. being transgendered, butch or femme, doing sex work, experimenting with non-monogamous lifestyles.... and everything I didn’t consider yet but is crucial to your relationship to BDSM! I have already interviewed about 15 people in the USA who are part of the dyke BDSM communities so far. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;These issues are part of my life and it is very important to me that scientific research on queers is done by queers, for both political and epistemological reasons (that is: I think a queer perspective in these issues is crucial in generating valid knowledges.)
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;I am regarding the queers I want to interview in each case as experts on a range of topics that are part of their everyday-life. So I will conduct „expert interviews" with them. That means technically, that I am going to have a range of themes in mind, that I would want you to talk about. I would want to hear your experiences with these themes, but also your reflections on them. Basically you will be able to speak about anything you feel is important to the issues at hand. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Research ethics are very important to me. I will treat you with proper respect and I will make sure that all information will be made thoroughly anonymous. I will also keep in contact with you after the interview to give you the chance to correct anything you said but later felt you were not entirely comfortable with anymore. I will also show you my interpretations of your statements and give you a chance to critique my work (of course, this is not a duty you have to fulfil, but an offer you can choose not to accept). In other words, I will try to conduct my research safe, sane and consensual....

&lt;br/&gt;&gt; Like a holiday, only better!
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;&gt; Are you open to loving more than one? Do you have honest emotional / intimate relationships with more than one other adult? Some of us call it polyamory (or poly for short). Others say they are non-monogamous, have multiple lovers, are in a group marriage, an open relationship, a triad, quad etc. or just do it but don't wish to label it. Some of us have been living this way for ages, some are new or are just
&lt;br/&gt;&gt; considering it. There are lots of us interested in living this way, but we don't know each other.
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;&gt; PolyDay will be the first UK event for everyone interested in
&lt;br/&gt;&gt; polyamory (whatever you call it). We'll be able to meet others, share and learn how we do poly, chat about our lives and loves and form friendships and a supportive community.
&lt;br/&gt;&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;&gt; PolyDay will take place in Leicester on Saturday 30th October. It is being organised by me, Grant Denkinson, and my friends and I'd love to hear your ideas for the day. All genders and sexualities are welcome.
&lt;br/&gt;&gt; I'm aiming to make PolyDay accessible to all regardless of disability, commitments to care for children, ability to pay etc.
